Final Paper Submission

The procedure to submit a final copy of an accepted paper is the following:

  1. Please READ the detailed guidelines regarding the IEEE Xplore compliance at: (Word PDF).
  2. Use your accepted paper's ID number and password to connect to the server. The server has guidelines on how to retrieve your passsword in case that you forgot it.

IMPORTANT: If you need to make changes in the title, abstract, author information, etc., do not use special characters such as ", or ' or two-byte characters. The system will COMPLAIN for the "FIRST CORRESPONDING AUTHOR!!!!"

  3. Generate the PDF file of the paper following the paper instructions. Since the papers will be archived in the IEEE Xplore system, your file should comply with the IEEE rules. You should also submit the PDF eXpress compliance email (received by the IEEE PDF eXpress server) that verifies that your paper is compliant as a *.txt file. A sample compliance email is: Sample Compliance Email (txt) . A paper which does not comply will not be published in the Proceedings. To access IEEE PDF eXpress, go to http://216.228.1.34/pdfexpress/log.asp with Conference ID: icra06.
  4. Submit electronically the PDF file using the earlier generated paper ID along with the compliance email.
  5. Submit an one-page digest in powerpoint format (ppt). No other formats are accepted. A sample digest file is: Sample Digest (ppt).
  6. The PDF file size should not exceed 2 MBytes.
  7. The IEEE copyright form (Word PDF), must be submitted as a PDF file. Please sign it, scan it as a PDF file, and submit it along with your paper. If this is impossible, please contact Prof. Papanikolopoulos.

A maximum of two (2) additional pages is permitted at an extra charge (US$200 per page). In case that you have more than six pages, submit the following form: (Word PDF)). Lengthy papers that do not clear payment will not be included.
