Exhibit Dates

Expected attendance: 1000 Robotics Professionals

Booth

Rate: $1000 per booth (for payment received before 12/31/05), or $1200 per booth for payment received after 1/1/06
Each booth rental includes one complimentary conference registration.

Each 10’ by 10’ booth space includes the following:

• Table
• 2 chairs
• 2 exhibitor badges
• 7” by 44” identification sign

If you register by December 31, 2005, your company will be listed in the final program and technical digest.

Application Procedure

Mail the application with a check to the Exhibits Chair, Ron Lumia.
Please also send email to lumia@me.unm.edu to indicate that the application has been sent.

Liability

Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society and the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.

The Exhibitor understands that neither the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society nor the Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
